Powder Puff 2008

Each year the Wellesley High Senior Women play the Needham High School Women in Football the day before Thanksgiving.
Coaching the Senior Women are members of the Wellesley Police Department.  Both players and coaches put in a good deal of
time in practice, and the coaching staff spends countless hours debating and thinking up plays.
The games have been played since 2000 under the direction of Deputy Chief Brooks.
This year, Needham won, 21 to 8.
Despite the loss, the crowd and the players enjoyed the game, as did the coaches.
