First Half--January 25, 2008:
Busy night for Wellesley Police and Fire
At 1941 hours, Wellesley Police and Fire responded to Halsey Ave for a house fire.  Two
alarms were struck and one resident was killed in the fire.
At 2140  hours, Wellesley Police and Firefighters then responded to Route 9 East at Rt.
128 for a one car crash.  The driver was ejected and had critical injuries.  He was
airlifted to Boston from the scene by MedFlight.

The victim struck a guardrail and
possibly flipped the car.  He was ejected
as well.
