| Deer Rescue Glen at Springdale February 2010 A deer became entrapped in the mud and ice on a small pond. Wellesley Police and Wellesley Fire, along with the Animal Rescue League of Boston and ACO Sue Webb effected a rescue. Wellesley Fire used a survival suit and managed to dig away the thick mud so the deer could be pulled out. The rescue was covered by the media, click HERE to see a video. |
